Replying to: kcsinaz (Oct 27, 2008 9:30 am) i have had this problem with all 4 of my windows at different times, instead of having a arm that raise and lowers the window, they put a pully and cable system in, well the pully is made of plastic and the cable of metal, so the metal pulls throught the plastic wheel, causing it to not go up and down normally, its pretty east to replace your self, and you can get parts at you local slavage yard for usally under 100 dollars.
