The valve is kind of a pain to get to. I have my EGR blocked off and a flash tuning from KermaTDI.com. This allows me to have a non-functioning EGR and not get a CEL. Talk to Charlie at KermaTDI.com if you would like to go that route. I have never removed my EGR, I have tried to disconnect it and the connector is a pain. My EGR simply has a block off plate on it so no exhaust re-enters my engine.

FYI: My tuning is only used when I am off-road.

How does your engine perform when you go off-road?
Do you have the nerve to push it to it's limit?
You must have special tires
