I have a 2003 Saturn Vue 3.0 AWD showing a code 0128. Living in NY, they will not pass inspection with that code, so I need to replace the thermostat. The shops charge $500 to replace due to it being under the intake manifold. I was wondering if any one has step by step instructions as well as diagrams on how to replace it. Replying to: cheryltoliver (Oct 16, 2008 9:24 am) Might I suggest that you purchase a 1 year subscription to Alldata (www.alldatadiy.com) Its under 30 bucks and you get access to all of the data you'll ever need to fix anything on your Vue. IMHO its a good investment. There are way too many steps in the FSM to do this to possibly post step by step with diagrams. You're right, there are no Chiltons or Haynes books for these. Good Luck
