I have a 1991 Chevy Astro van with a 4.3 Liter V6 Engine, and the whole body is kaput and we need to swap the new engine and transmission into a new body. What other vehicles can that engine bolt into, if there are any? Replies to this message: cob (Nov 05, 2008 6:24 pm)

Good evening folks can anyone tell me if a 93 short block is the same as a 97 both are 4.3's i know the pan and top half are different but will all my stuff work on the 93 thanks
