The numbers for an otherwise identical lease of a 2010 Genesis Sedan V8 are .00112 and 48%.   Hyundai's October buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2009 Genesis Sedan V6 with 15,000 miles per year are .00019 and 45%, respectively. Hyundai financing advised me to purchase, now I know why! Won't buy because I just formed a corporation and wanted a business lease. I love that car, what a shame.
