45MPH going up small hills
2000 Chevrolet Tracker 1.6 stick shift* replaced fuel filter/air filter/gas cap. Removed EGR/ no carbon/all coils ohm 23/ terminals #2 & #5 12.37vdc to ground. I pulled codes 420,400,440 and 455. I know there are emission control issues but can not solve the loss of power problem.

i know there probably is not a way for you to test this. but after i read your question a clogged cat converter popped into my mind. I had a car years ago that had that issue and it had NO power and when i would try to climb a hill it was even worse. It would let enough exhaust out quick enough,. Im not saying this is your issue but its a option

*Thank you for your valued input.* I am not sure how to test, unless I
remove the cat .converter. I will proceed tomorrow.

I had forgotten to state I was in third gear. Strange , on a flat road it will do 65mph.

thanks for asking

when was the last time the air filter was replaced and fuel filter was replaced? I run from time to time a GOOD fuel injection cleaner in my tank like seafoam. When i had my 2.0 litre tracker it was touchy with that and when i would run a F.I. cleaner it would always get peppy again. Now with my 2.5 litre v6 tracker i dont feel the power loss as much. but i still run some in there from time to time.

I was wondering if the lack of power problem has been resolved. My tracker (2.0, 4 cyl, automatic, 2wd) is also lacking power. It feels as if I'm pulling a trailer. After running at a high RPM it feels a bit better. I've done everything from changing of fuel filter, air filter and cam sensor. The Cam sensor was changed because it felt as if the car was going to stall at traffic lights. I still have this problem every now and then. Any help would be apprieciated.
