I think my dome light bulb burned out on my 2004 Aveo. Has anyone had any experience with changing that light on this car? How do you get the cover off without breaking it? Is it hard to change?   It was working one minute and broken the next. Replying to: cstreet (Oct 13, 2008 8:37 am) Hmmm. My next step would be to check the fuse. I don't know which one, though. I looked for it when my light stopped working. Other than that, I don't know except it could be the wiring to the light on in the light.

The owner's manual includes a list of fuses. I haven't checked to see if the dome light is clearly marked, but it's worth checking your manual.
