Having problems with wipers stop and go...i think the motor is over heating. The fuse is okay...beside replacing motor anything else i should check Thank you for the Help

I am looking to purchase this vehicle. It has almost 190,000 miles on it. It was a fllet vehicle for most of it's time, driven approx. 24,000 miles a year, and has service records showing on Carfax up til late 2007. How much life could this vehicle possibly have left? Is it worth even considering buying? It looks to be in great shape, I am just scared about all those miles!!! Please respond!!!
