Anyone have pointers on switching a water pump? Looks like a pretty easy task, but I have also read you have to take the motor mount(!) loose to change it. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks!

update: just got the part. Looks pretty simple. Here's hoping, anyway...

Anybody have any useful advice? Pics would be great. Oh, and it's a '92 SE, 3.8L with no supercharger. I really need to know if I need to tangle with the motor mount issue especially. Thanks!
