#1 of 2 Getting the ES350 re-painted?

I'm in the market for a Lexus ES350. I found a private party selling one for a good price, but I really don't like the color. My question is -- is it possible to get the car re-painted with Silver/Black/Gray? If yes, what would be the approx cost that I'd be looking at. Will this affect the resale value of the car?

I considered re-painting my Lexus GS300 at a certain point. The Lexus dealer I bought it from doesn't re-paint cars for just change of color. They referred me to expert painters that handle Lexus's paint jobs. The cost back then was about 6,000 - 7,000. Remember, the Lexus paint job on there new cars is a cut above most. I'd say IMHO, save the money. Some people (like myself) are more sensitive to exterior/interior color. Either try to get used to the idea of the color you don't like and buy the car because of the value or just be patient and continue looking for what you want.
