| OK, don't hold it against me, but I tried to checl my oil today and when I pulled the stick out, whiped it and pulled it out again, I couldn't distinguish where the line was as the cross hatched dipstick makes it hard to tell. Can anyone give me any guidance? | |
| What should I be changing when I next go into service at this mile level? I'm on my second set of brakes (which have always squeeked and weren't particularly solid since I bought the SUV) and I'll have then checked, but my tranny seems to be switching harder, my shocks are softer and my GPS is shot. Should I change the timing belt and open the tranny? I can't do these jobs myself, but I can't afford thousands either. Any advice on belts, fluids, tightening and lubing bolts, shocks and related hardware at this mile level? | |
