I know pretty much nothing at all about this, so I don't know if this is even possible, but I can't find anything in searches so I thought I'd ask. I have a 94 3.1 v6 auto cavalier and a 99 2.1 4 cylinder manual cavalier. I want to put the v6 in the 99, but I'm not sure if it'd be possible. Will it fit? Will the transmission work? If not is there a transmission that will work?

I'm eighteen and have never really worked on cars before, but I have friends and relatives that have and that will help. I want to do this mostly as a learning experience, but I don't know if it will even be possible.

Thanks.
