Management companies abscond with the homeowner fees. NO THANK YOU! Been there done that. If I need a beach fix I can rent a condo for a month and get it out of my system.   Speaking of Trump did he get his bailout? If you have all the money in the World you can pick your neighbors. Not on a working man's wages.   Along that line we got a notice that there is stimulus money to refinance our home up to 105% of the appraised value. Isn't that what got US in the mess we are in?
