We're still out more than $22,000 with nothing to show for it. Honestly, since my own lawyer can't help, I would rather just put it behind us and get out to as many people as possible not to sign any type of arbitration agreement when buying a vehicle. That's where we went wrong. My neighbor said he was driving around town one day not too long ago and saw an Uplander on the side of the road smoking. There is something seriously wrong with these vans. I'm just so thankful I was able to get rid of mine. My children's safety is well worth the $22,000.
