Luckily it is stuck in the up position. I took off the panel and after an examination and a bit of lubtication it started functioning for about 10 minutes then locked up again ( while closed ) after the door was reassembled. Took off panel again and it is really jammed. The rails seem clear ... does the regulator have a history of jamming? Can it be repaired or is a replacement required? Thanks!
