I just got my CR-V last week. It's an '02 EX, 69k miles. There wasn't an owner's manual-have many questions. Is it normal for the key to be very hot after turn off car? Can the differential fluid be changed at 100k instead of 60k? Should I be concerned about the AC compressor going out?I've read that apparently the 02 model goes out frequently. That;s it for now. thanks.

Yup, your A/C may go out. But I wouldn't worry until it happens = there is no preventive maintenance or anything else you can do unless it goes out.

If your vehicle is performing fine and there is no noise or other problem with the rear wheels, maybe yours is different and only needs the 60K (I would definitely go with the Honda recommendations). |
