Convenient and fun around town--suburban driving--where I get 32 to 35 mpg. I just hauled a large size recliner in the back, much to the unbelief of the habitat folks when I delivered it. I have also hauled a large electric stove and I regularly put my bike in the back without taking off the front wheel. The Fit just fits my needs perfectly. (-: Just one person's report of a reason to love it. Of course, I'm "normal" size at 5'8" and 164 pounds which might be part of the reason it fits me so well. Replying to: tarapuss (Oct 17, 2009 1:23 pm) Performance in icy conditions are all in the tires. If you equip your Fit with tires that perform well in snow/ice, the Fit should do just fine and as well as any other car in like conditions.
