Replying to: pao (Aug 19, 2008 4:02 am) Yea, I'm sure. I have the, factory installed, little black "XM" radio antenna on the roof - next to the "on-star" antenna on the back window. It also shows in the GM VIS that it is equipped with On-star and "XM". I also have the XM Radio ID that is listed on the VIS (Vehicle Inquiry System). Replying to: pao (Aug 19, 2008 11:23 am) I called XM and they sent the "pulse" out. However, getting back to my original question. Why am I not able to get the XM1 - XM2 to come up on my radio without taking it to a dealership and paying BIG CASH!!!!!

Did you ever find an answer to this? I have the same issue... and the xm worked a month ago
