#1 of 3 How to fold 3rd row

Can someone help me understand the trick to folding the 3rd row in the Uplander? I have to confess I don't actually own one, but it seems that whenever I rent a van from Avis, it's an Uplander, and never figure out how to fold the 3rd row (at least when I'm hot from carrying two kids and 2 carseats and I'm standing in the rental lot).
Could someone summarize how to do it, so I can print it out and take it with me on my next trip?

There is a latch on the rear of each 3rd row seat that is easily visible from the rear of the van (through the liftgate). Just pull-up on the latch and simultaneously push the top of the seat forward and it will fold down. The base of the seat will not fold down any further, but you will have a low to the ground flat surface to lay stuff on. Sometimes you may need to push the second row seat forward while you are folding the third down to give it more clearance.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! That combination of tips was just what I needed, and it worked. I think it was different from previous years, though - the latch was in the middle of the seat back whereas I recall in past years it was a black handle at the bottom (probably before they introduced 60/40 split). I actually fetched your reply on my phone as I was standing waiting for the rental shuttle bus. The Internet works!
