Replying to: stig1 (Aug 08, 2008 7:21 am) There was a massive sell off in that stock for some reason (as we get closer to month end?). Lots of transactions, either short term buys and then sells soon thereafter, shorts or outright sells from people who have held that stock.

Replying to: stig1 (Aug 08, 2008 7:21 am) G8 has been funky for past two days, I found I could push the price with $700K despite over 200K in volume...what's up with that? And it was consistent yesterday afternoon and evening. The really weird part was same 7 accounts popping into the ten 50 for MTD when I shorted...but not if I was buying or pushing the price up on a cover...
