2003 FWD: I have two issues with the 'Lander and there are TSB's for both, which I don't have access to. I don't have a local dealer, so I wonder if anyone here has any experience with either. #1: Radiator fan control module. My fan comes on when cold and cycles on/off. Seems to work OK when hot. TSBs 07002 and 20040901. I'm thinking I should just replace the module, or is there more to it? #2: Heater control is hard to turn. Is it a cable, routing, heater door assembly? TSB 20040301. Replying to: alohajo (Aug 07, 2008 3:32 pm) TSB is better dealt by the local Mitsubishi garage. They usually have all the TSBs. Phone the dealer and query about your especific TSB numbers. There is a publisher which sell workshop manual for the Outlander and also sell TSBs. The Publisher has compiled all these TSBs in one book (e.g. 2007 Outlander TSBs). You may order this book directly from the publisher and the book will arrive to your home. Unfortunatelly this business of TSBs has a price and people that bought or have information about TSB usually have paid something ($) and may not like to share the information with you free of cost.
