I have a 2006 Rav4 -four cylinder with 31,000 miles on it. It has run great until a few thousand miles ago. Now when I accelerate, it hesitates or bogs down, and when I let up on the accelerator, it will stumble. I have put in a new air filter. Does this have anything to do with the fuel filter or would this be covered under a Technical bulletin. I just want to be prepared before I visit the dealer. Thanks
