Our 2004 Rav4 got rear ended, and the shop replaced a panel on the floor of the trunk. The new floor panel has a dip in it, like for storing your jack or something. There is no cover though, and I was wondering what it looked like originally. We never had a dip in the trunk before, as we put a wheelchair an walker back there and would have noticed. Please see the attached photos. If anyone can post a similar photo of their 2004 RAV4 trunk, showing the floor panel (if you can show metal even better) we'd appreciate it.
