2004 Oil Change Reset

I had my oil changed but the mechanic couldn't reset the oil change mainly because we couldn't figure out how. My manual says to push the Reset button on the DIC, but my car doesn't have the DIC. Tried pushing the pedal 3 times with key to ON, still doesn't work. My OnStar still reads that oil is at 0%. Any suggestions as to where/how to reset?

Replying to: eurojc (Oct 09, 2008 6:36 am) never figured it out. called Pontiac and they told me to take it to the dealer and have them reset it. Sorry, but I can't make that trip. I just put up with it.
