Hello, I'm in a quandary. Any help, advice, referrals would greatly be appreciated. My 1995 S-10's 5-spd shifter recently broke loose (could lift it up)...and my mechanic said it wasn't the shifter assembly. I've been trying like crazy to find the name of the part that needs replacement. My question is...Has this been a relatively common problem on this model year? If so, what was done to repair it? And if it was repaired, what is the part name and where can you get it? Thanks so much for your help. Alice
