Sorry for the tardy reply. Yes, we went ahead with the lease under these terms. Seemed like a pretty good deal, and it was on a vehicle that was a hard to-find-color color combination.
Also, leasing through Ford is particularly advantageous for us, because we live in Providence, RI, where there is a 6% annual car tax (yes, really outrageous, isn't it?). Somehow, FoMoCredit has a deal with the state to pay a state-wide average rate of 1.5%, so that special arrangement saves us around $4000 over the life of the lease.
I have heard that the Flex is hard for many dealers to get rid of, so aggressive negotiating ought to be possible, particularly for cars on the lot.

Hello Car_man -I'm looking for the current lease numbers for a Flex Limited - fully loaded - in Washington State. 39 months and 12k miles/year.

Hi 993_911. Ford Credit's March base lease rate and residual value for a 39-month lease of a 2013 Flex Limited AWD with 12,000 miles per year are 1.25% and 50%. Ford is currently providing a $2,500 cash incentive on leases of this vehicle.
