Hi, i am a new owner of 04 Nissan Murano, but my back door can't open up when i pull the handle. Please help me, thanks

Yes, the handle moved when i pull it, but it is still not open at all,,,

It sounds like the outside door handle is decoupled from the locking mechanism. You'll have to get inside the door panel to find out what's causing it. tidester, host
