| Gee, I never imagined when I purchased my "American-made" vehicle, the VUE (which I absolutely love), that Saturn would ever partner with a company that uses the Philippines for their customer service. Are others aware that when you push your OnStar button, you are being routed overseas? I recently had a problem with my billing and was shocked to find that I cannot seem to find any customer service in the USA for my USA-made vehicle. I'm pretty furious as I have had my identity stolen before and am wondering if this bothers anyone else?! Both Dell and Sprint learned the hard way what this will do to their business - I am not feeling very "safe and sound" with my plan these days - and since the government can "listen-in" to conversations in my vehicle through the vehicle phone, does this mean people in the Philippines can do the same???!! Yikes! | |

VUEs made after 2007 are made in Mexico. Please don't be fooled into thinking that you have an "American" car. Especially since it's based on the European Opel line of cars. They used to have the onstar call centers here in Michigan but I am not sure if they are still open. You can thank GM for that. They are focused on the international market. They know they are losing in the US market. |
