Great for you, with the gas prices these days...that's the going price. I have the Ultimate with every option just before the new '07 came out and I though $15K off MSRP was good. Its been great, so one thing that bothers me is the power adjustment on the side mirrors won't move up, but if I hit the preset memory set it moves. be sides I don't change it at all, so minor issue I do the oil changes my self with the air lift its great! No problems so far. I'm in the process of hooking up a back up camera to the nav screen. Still looking/researching since there are only two company that makes the modules. Don't want to burn $300 and find out it dosen't work. Good Luck.
