I have a 2007 pilot in the shop due to an accident. It was hit on the passenger side taking out both doors and also damaging the part in front of the doors. It has been in the shop for a month, with the garage saying that Honda keeps sending the wrong replacement parts. The part in question is the piece of metal the front passenger door is attached to. Supposedly, Honda is sending the part for the left side, and not the right. Has anyone had this issue before? What should I do?

Run, don't walk to another shop. Use a dealer's body shop. Get your insurance company involved. If they are providing a rental, this must be getting expensive.

The car was taken to my local Honda dealer, who took it to that body shop.
