As soon as I get my survey from Audi in the mail, I am going to give them the worst possible rating for the service as this is a new car and my phone should work with it (even the guy who sold me the car had trouble initially when he attempted to connect his phone to the bluetooth). Apparently, if you give them a bad rating on the service, it is very bad for the rep who sold you the car. I plan on doing that until they fix my bluetooth....
