Hi, rvoth, regarding your decision between Laser blue or Cardinal red paint. I have seen the Orange near my mid-west hometown on several different vehicles for different years. I like the oranges. They really stand out against everything else except the yellows. As to Laser blue, my `05 Chevy Equinox LT is in Laser blue metallic. When the full sun hits the carwashed machine it radiates a purple glow and generates comments of how pretty it is and is it new? 
What color did you finally get on your new `09 HHR?

Bluetooth is the only thing that I would be interested, as well as the performance display, but no biggie.Can I ask, where the info came from on the panel SS? Not doubting you, just curious. Went to the dealer today and they don't know anything about it. Trust me I want one, so I really hope you are correct!
