Ford Excursion AC and Heat

I am having problems with my ford excursion when I accelerate during idling the high side psi reaches to 400 and the low side ranges fom 54-60. The problem is that the a.c system is not cooling good. I think that the psi is doing it becuase normally the psi suppose to range from 30-40(low side) and the high side suppose to range from 300-350 psi What can be the problem?
