Sunroof leak on my Saturn Outlook

When the tubes get clogged, the channels overflow into the headliner. The tubes being too short is another problem that cause water to drain onto the floor instead of outside. The whole system is very poorly designed. If the sunroof was designed properly, it should not leak in the first place.
