Has anyone put on a cold air intake, performance chip, or headers?

Great question... Thou it would seem everyone wants to be like the sibling in the family (Wrangler) adding aftermarket parts to make up for lost time and experience the off road reality to the fullest.

One of the first and easiest things one can do is of course the Air intake or even the Air filter. Thou gaining about 5 points in the horse power and torc gain. Thou you may experience more gains.. this is an average gain.

The Chip and Headers would require a bit more maneuvering to accomplish. But the chip would be the next easiest. The chip would offer more of a gain in the torc and horse power and in many cases can be "tuned" to suit your needs.. as for the header.. Your lucky, The spectate tub system will not suffer the common crack issue was the older Wranglers.

Granted the header would require the most time and effort to install.. and making sure one has the correct replacement gasket to began with is a must or you'll loose all the gains you have worked so hard to acquire.
