Replying to: h4ck54w (Jun 20, 2008 3:31 pm) Also knowing that you only had about 5M at the beginning of the month and still retain 4M can not explain how someone gained 4M within 48 hours.. I think I actively played this game long enough when to suspect suspicious activities either they are glitch or cheating... If I am wrong, I apologize to fuqd in advance..

Replying to: chung (Jun 20, 2008 3:45 pm) I might still try dumping the rest, but I thought with all the retires comming up in August, and then with the second day in September being an IPO Tuesday and it ending on a Tuesday and 3 IPOs between (5 IPOs in 1 month!), that might be a good one for me, unless I make to much on the retireries.

Replying to: h4ck54w (Jun 20, 2008 4:07 pm) It is easy to lose money when you have 3~4M since you can influence the price dramtically. When I had around 1.5M and trying to lose, I usually bought most increased stock (sorted by % change) and shorted the most decreased stock in shares of 2000 or less. I think on May 29th I got below 1M and I panic. Make sure you hold less than 3 stock at time during this time period since you do not know what crazy thing could happen. Of course I cashed everything on May 30th. Thats why I do not have exactly 1M to start with but more like, 1.07M or something like that. Better be safe than sorry. |
