If you live in the area I can give you my sales reps name. I have had a bit of remorse because I really wanted a TDI Sportwagen, but even the dealer who gave me this great deal wouldn't discount below MSRP. Overall I am happy with my final choice. |

We plan to buy a Tiguan S in Chicago. The dealer offered us a OTD price of 24,700. And we can get the 500 customer loyalty rebate. This is a car with the standard equipment only. Does anyone know whether this is a good deal? Thanks.

Replying to: popofrog (Jun 22, 2009 8:22 pm) It is my opinion that the Tiguan S models tend to be lot babies. While the work for some, most folks upgrade to the SE. The dealer I have been working with has had the same two S models on the lot since December. Is your out the door price inclusive of tax and tags? I am not sure what the tax is in IL, but lets say 8% - that puts your sale price |
