I have a 2007 2500 diesel passenger hi-top van.Since day one, maybe two the sliding door has rattled and rattled.
I took it to the dealer because the rear air (roof) was giving me problems and mentioned the rattle problem.
Got it back and they said they could not duplicate the noise (it had the same mileage that it was checked in) so I can understand why they could not duplicate.
I have looked at trying to adjust it myself, but has anyone had to do it?
