Honda Civic Warranty Questions

I know the extended warranty is generally a ripoff. However, I had one of the very early 06 Civics and it has had a few problems including idle vibration and a bad fuel pump (both fixed now). Honda is reliable, but it was the first group of a new model. I am considering the extended warranty before 3 years is up. Normally I wouldn't. Is this a good idea? Where is the best warranty??? I have an 05 Civic and have had many problems - ABS went out, bad cruise control, bad clutch master cylinder, bad break switch, bad break assembly. And only 40,000 miles on the car! I'm looking at an extended warranty as well. The dealership wants to sell me a Zurich warranty because they claim it's better than a Honda Care warranty. From what I've read, Zurich just pays them more for repairs. I've also found that the prices for these vary WIDELY even between dealers in my area... like between $2400 and $1100. If things continue as they have with this car, I can't go wrong with a warranty, right? Anyone know a dealership with a good price on a Honda Care warranty?
