To verify if you are using same company just call them and if the volume you hear is low NO MATTER HOW HIGH YOU HAVE IT ON YOUR PHONE ITS THEM . I AM NOT HOME SO UNFORTUNATELY I DON'T REMEMBER THE NAME. BUT YOU KNOW WARRANTY COMPANIES CHANGE THEIR NAMES ALMOST EVERY DAY.
