#1 of 3 Cargo Cover CX-9 by horseygirl

I am on my FOURTH cargo cover for my CX9- ---the 1st two were so tight they were about to rip due to the too tight tension, The last two were so easy to pull out--one just decided to go limp on its' own and the other now will not retract back because it is so loose. All were taken care of by the manufacturers warranty..but this is ridiculous. I'm almost embarrassed to go back again...but for over $300.00 in cost, I will humble myself!!

Am I the only one experiencing this problem??? Any ideas on how to advise Mazda of their cargo covers?

As you know, misery loves company!!

Thanks!!

Easy.
Goto mazdausa.com and send them an email. I have sent them a couple of e-mails on accessories. They will respond within a week or so. Don't hold your breath. They don't get back to you on the same day.

I got my cover as part of the deal. After 2 cargo covers, I decided to return it for good and got the all weather mat instead.
