I own a fully loaded AWD 2008 Rogue. This morning, for the first time, I noticed that the AWD light on the dash was on. The Quick Guide Manual says that AWD can be set to "Auto" or "Lock" and you can toggle back and forth by hitting the button next to the side mirror adjustment knob. I did that while the car was stopped, off and in Park, but the light still stays on. Anyone else have this problem? Is it indicative of something wrong? Replying to: dmanyad (Apr 30, 2008 9:04 am) yes, the AWD comes on for a couple of seconds when the car is being turned on, but since you say it is still on while the car is running it maybe a malfunction in the awd system like the torque is not right or a computer problem. BRING IN ASAP cause if you wait it will damage the awd system
