I think IPO favors faster networking and computer powerhouse people.. lol.. therefore rich people gets richer with these cool prizes..  There was a study done that physical location matters for the actual data packet to travel on the internet. The guy at Santa Monita (where the edmunds server is) has about 1 second favorability compared to the New York guy during IPO because he is physically closer to the Edmunds server.. which makes a huge difference... btw I live in Illinois and was never able to be the first one to buy any IPO... Where do you guys live?
