It seems to me like everyone's shorting on everything, lately. I saw my 7-day % go up the most it has since day one, and yet my overall position has dropped a spot!   Mike, do you have general stats on holdings? Replying to: felonious (Apr 23, 2008 7:29 am) Not everyone is shorting. It depends on the stock in question -- I have seen several go up over the last week or so. So much of this activity is calculated short-term strategies at play. The market overall has been down in recent weeks, but there is still enough inactivity from dormant players and day-trading to keep things stable.
