#1 of 2 Buzzer and Chimes

I have a year 2000 S-Type. My wife and I love this car … mostly was trouble free and smooth ride. This car once rolled forward and ran into a trailer hitch. The front grill is damaged and some airbag sensor went bad. This in turn light up the airbag malfunction light on the instrument cluster. The Jaguar dealership wanted my arm and a leg to fix it. However, they also told me that if the airbag light did not bother me and I could live with it then I do not need to fix it. I decided to forgo the repair, as this car is mostly used in town. After a year the airbag light burnt out. Now a buzzer comes on when the car is started and after a series of beeps, it goes away. The buzzer is subsequently triggered after almost every 25 miles of driving, after the initial start up. The Jaguar dealership diagnosed it and told me that the buzzer is the secondary safety warning for the airbag light malfunction (burnt out), which started from the initial accident of hitting the trailer hitch. My quick remedy is to locate this buzzer under the instrument cluster and “JUST UNPLUG IT”. I removed the paneling and traced the sound coming from the left side. However, I have not been able to pinpoint the location of the buzzer/speaker. I will appreciate if someone from the forum could advice and/or let me know the exact location and/or what color wiring cable I need to look for, in order to shut it up. Thanks

I have a 2004 S-type jaguar that I love, just one thing, the airbag warning light stays on. I have taken the car to a local jaguar dealer and the dealership can't fix it. The is a nuisance. Why sale a car that you can't be fix. Is there anyone else having the same problem? I don't know where to go next. I am about to give up on Jaguars.
Help.
