November 2009 EX Money Factor & Rsiduals by erik9108

Hello,

Can someone please post the money factor and residuals for the 2009 & 2010 base EX and Journey models based on a 36 or 39 month lease 10,000/year? My wife and I would qualify for the top tier rate.

Also, can the current $4,000 dealer incentive be applied to a lease to reduce the cap cost? It's not specific in the Edmunds description.

We're getting ready to start negotiating a deal and want to be prepared.

Thank you!

I'm not surprised that Intiniti would restrict this. However, we're looking at an EX that is not part of the lease promotion that they're currently running.

You're very welcome, flashzoom. I'm glad that I was able to help you out. I believe that Infiniti's current lease program is tentatively scheduled to run through the end of the year. Having said this, manufacturers always reserve the right to make unscheduled changes (usually enhancements, but not always) to their programs.

If you post a reminder for me in December or January, I would be happy to fill you in on the details on what this vehicle's programs are like then.

Hello erik9108. Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a base 2010 EX35 AWD with 10,000 miles per year are .00155 and 61%, respectively. The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00154 and 60%.

The numbers for a 36 / 10k lease of a '10 EX35 Journey AWD are .00155 and 58%. The 39 / 10k numbers for it are .00154 and 57%.

The numbers for a 36 / 10k lease of a base '09 EX35 AWD are .00103 and 57%. The 39 / 10k numbers for it are .00106 and 56%.

The numbers for a 36 / 10k lease of a '09 Journey EX35 AWD are .00103 and 55%. The 39 / 10k numbers for it are .00106 and 54%.

Car_man,

Thank you very much for the reply. This helps a lot!

Question - are the rates the same for the 2WD version? I'm sorry, I should have been specific in my original post. Also, at this poin we're looking at a Base or Journey 2010 model.

Thanks again,
Erik
