Would you be so kind as to provide current residual and money factor for 36 and 39 month leases on an EX 35 AWD Journey with and without touring package and 15,000 mi/yr? I'm in Long Island, NY. Thanks so much.

I'd be happy to help you out, Alan. Infiniti Financial Services' September buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2011 EX35 AWD Journey with 15,000 miles per year are .00127 and 56%, respectively for consumers who qualify for its top credit tier.
 
The numbers for an otherwise identical 39 month lease are .00145 and 55%.

I am receiving the following from my dealer for 12k/year for the 2011 RWD Journey:
 
24 months, 63% residual, MF 0.00039
36 months, 54% residual, MF 0.00092
39 months, 53% residual, MF 0.00112
 
Hopefully that's an easy one to confirm.

Can you please provide the lease rates for EX35 Journey with premium package AWD, for oct for 10? and 12 K miles and for 36 and 39 months. How much owner loyalty is available (I have a G37 on lease) and how much lower would multiple security deposits get the rate. Thanks

The last time I checked IFS allowed multiple security deposits with each additional deposit lowering vehicles' money factors by .00010.
