Residuals posted are for 15K miles/year. Add 2% to Residual for 12k mi/yr and 3% for 10k mi/yr on all terms
Use the following formula to calculate a lease payment:
(Cap Cost – Residual Value) / Term = Depreciation
(Cap Cost + Residual Value) X Money Factor = Interest
Depreciation + Interest = Base Monthly Payment
NOTE: These lease programs are provided by dealer partners of LeaseCompare.com and are for reference only. Rates may vary by region. Your dealer has the option of offering you a higher rate. I leased an EX35 RWD Journey for 24 months in March due to that great money factor. I thought they had raised it, but it looks like it's back. It's a great deal, so if you needed a nudge to get into an EX35, there you go...

Hi puppyhead. Infiniti is providing lease support on the EX right now. Its lease program varies by term and mileage allowance. You never mentioned what either of these variables are in your post, so for now I will assume that you are interested in a 36 month lease with 15,000 miles per year. Let me know if you want something different. Infiniti Financial Services' current buy rate lease money factor and residual value for a 36 month lease of a 2008 Infiniti EX35 AWD with 15,000 miles per year are .00101 and 57%, respectively.

I just got an EX35 AWD Journey lease offer:
Premium Package
Navigation
Wood interior
Roofrack, cargo protector, etc.
10K miles/year
for $388.78 a month for 24 months with $4057.51 TOTAL out of pocket--that INCLUDES about 2k downpayment. Is this any good? The salesguy i'm talking to says its incredible, of course...
thanks in advance!

Here is my deal in S.Fla., on Journey, rwd, premium pkg, nav pkg, cargo protection, splash guards. 24mo 12m miles TT&L plus first mo, total $ out of pocket $800.
$41575 MSRP. Edmund invoice $38016
paid $37103.25 Residual value 25310.25 Money factor.0001
payment $492 plus FL 6% tax= $521
Money factor is not misprint. Interest was $15 total for 24mo. (62 cents a month).
It seems to me that one should put down as little as possible and finance as much as possible at that interest rate.

Does anyone have all the numbers for May on the EX ... I'm now looking into this vehicle and may try to do something by the end of the month, but can't find rates for May anywhere!
Thanks in advance ...

Whats the Sale price, MSRP, MF and the Residual? Any bogus fees?
Spending 4k at drive-off isn't exactly what most veteran lesses call a "good deal" or "incredible" according to the sales guy.
When you play the monthly payment game with sales people, you lose.
Use the following lease formula to calculate your lease.
Generally, I recommend people to pay the 1st mo payment, acq/bank fee, doc fee, dmv and tire tax up front. Should be around $1300-$1400 due at signing. Then negotiate the sale price down as much as you can...invoice or less ideally.
You can use an Excel Lease Calculator I made to figure out what your payments should be.
