Vauxhall didn't get a hotted up version of the SS Commodore. They got the HSV R8. Built by Holden Special Vehicles. This car is a massive improvement on your normal SS. Different V8 motor for a start. Go to HSV.com.au and see for yourselves how different this car is to a normal Comm SS / G8 GT.
