We have spent a couple days re-working the data on the Leaders page to eliminate some persistent bugs. The April numbers should add up now.
 
Additionally, we had to censure some players who were using multiple accounts to maximize short-term profits in the game (we demoted their holdings to $1M and eliminated all of their percentage gains). Our concern here is fairness for all players, and we can't have leaders posting astronomical gains that would discourage the average CSX trader from even trying to win the monthly prize, especially when the average player is participating in an honest fashion.
 
We will continue to correct data where we see flaws, and as always, we appreciate your comments, suggestions and notices about defects in the game. You are all a big help to us as we look to improve CSX.

As a point of clarity, the vast majority of our short-term gains were a result of IPOs and Corolla trading, not stock price manipulation.
 
Just don't want people to get the wrong idea that it's not possible to get to those levels of wealth using a single account, because it most definitely is.

I lost my shorts on my shorts today. I've been playing for about 2 weeks. I was getting pretty comfortable with how things seemed to work. Today I was greeted by my most profitable short positions becoming relatively worthless. I ended up covering and trading with the new prices to keep some momentum going.

Mike, are you going to update my April month gain based on 1M as well? I might think of running for April prize since there are still 3 IPOs left.

Yeah. What we did is we cleared out your account so there was no gain through yesterday's "correction." You are starting off from a clean slate with that one account in other words.

I still see this on leader page. My march and overall welath page seems correct.
